How to Prepare Essiac Tea
Brewing Method

Add 1 tablespoon (approx. 5g) of the blend to 500 ml of water.

Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Cover and steep for 8–12 hours (ideally overnight).

Once cooled, strain and refrigerate.
Suggested Serving
Consume 30–60 ml twice daily, warm or at room temperature.
