We sell herbs, herbal extracts, supplements, oils and related products. Product descriptions, ingredients, quantities, directions and any relevant warnings are shown on the product page or packaging. Please read this information before use, particularly if you have allergies or take medication.
Information on our website is provided for general information and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure a medical condition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a health condition, seek appropriate professional advice before using a product.
We take reasonable care to display products accurately. Packaging may change from time to time, so please check the label on the product you receive. Contact us before using a product if its label differs materially from the information provided when you ordered.
To place an order, add products to your basket, review your details and complete checkout. You will have an opportunity to check and correct your order before paying.
After you place an order, we will send an acknowledgement to the email address you provided. We may contact you if a product is unavailable, your payment cannot be processed or there is a clear pricing or listing error. If we cannot fulfil an order for which you have paid, we will refund the affected amount.
You must provide accurate contact and delivery details. We may need to contact you to resolve an issue with your order.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. The total price, applicable taxes and delivery charge will be shown before you place your order.
Promotional offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer, including any expiry date or product exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined. We may correct an obvious pricing error and will contact you before processing an affected order.
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date with you. We will deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree a different period with you.
Please contact us if an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them.
For orders delivered outside the UK, import VAT, customs duties or handling charges may be payable in the destination country. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the recipient’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.
If you are a consumer, you can usually cancel an online purchase for any reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. To cancel, email egpharmersuk@gmail.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the cancellation form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to.
After telling us you wish to cancel, please send the goods to [returns address] within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when cancelling because you have changed your mind.
We will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered for your order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will not refund the extra cost. We may wait until we receive the goods, or evidence that you have sent them back, before issuing the refund. We will make the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence of their return.
We may reduce the refund if handling the goods beyond what would be reasonable in a shop has reduced their value.
The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Opening a product does not automatically remove cancellation rights: an exception applies only where the legal conditions for that exception are met.
In addition to your legal rights, we accept returns requested within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened and in their original condition. Please email us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. For a return made because you changed your mind after the statutory cancellation period, you are responsible for return postage, and the original delivery charge is not refundable.
This additional policy does not limit your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
If your order is faulty, damaged, incomplete or not as described, contact us at egpharmersuk@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs can help us resolve damage or packing errors quickly, but your legal rights do not depend on providing photographs.
We will deal with the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. Where a return is required because goods are faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs or arrange an appropriate return method.
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
The text, images, branding and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors unless otherwise stated. You may view and print content for your own use, but you must obtain permission before reproducing it for commercial use.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections given to you by the law where you live.
